Fomer Tottenham manager Postecoglou on Nottingham's list to replace Espírito Santo
Matteo Moretto reports that Nottingham Forest is considering the dismissal of Nuno Espírito Santo, despite his excellent work so far.
According to the Italian journalist, the reason may be related to the club's transfer planning. In fact, Moretto mentioned that the Reds have already started looking at other managers.
Forest want Postecoglou
According to a new report by the Italian, via Sportal, one of the candidates is Ange Postecoglou, who is currently without a team after his departure from Tottenham.
"One of the names Nottingham Forest is considering is that of Ange Postecoglou," the Italian journalist specifically stated.
The Greek-Australian manager had been at Tottenham since the summer of 2023, overseeing 101 matches for the Spurs.
His crowning achievement was winning the Europa League, defeating Manchester United 1-0 in the final.
However, a dismal Premier League campaign, which saw the team finish in 17th place, led the North London club's management to part ways with him.
