Defending champions Bayelsa Queens have defeated Edo Queens to cruise into the final of the 2023 Women's Federation Cup.

The semifinal encounter, held at the Awka City Stadium in Anambra on Friday, saw the 2021 champions edge the Edo side 1-0 to go a step closer to retaining their cup title.
