Barcelona's outgoing captain, Sergio Busquets, has given insight into his future, revealing that he has offers and where they are from.
The 34-year-old announced that he would leave the Catalan club weeks ago, leaving his future up in the air.
What Busquets said on his future
The Barcelona pivot was speaking today about his future away from Barcelona when he revealed that he has already received offers from a number of clubs.
The midfielder claims to have offers from three or four clubs; however, none of the clubs are in Europe.
The player, like Barca legends like Iniesta before him, explains that he does not want to play against Barcelona in his career, suggesting that a move to another European club is off the table.
As previously reported, Saudi Professional League side Al-Hilal are one of the clubs interested in the services of Busquets as part of a package to lure Messi to the Gulf.
The player is expected to announce his next destination in the coming weeks, with the season drawing to a close.
The retired Spanish international is set to leave Barcelona at the end of the season, ending a 15-year top-flight career at the club. When asked, he explained that the former Atletico Madrid man is his desired replacement.
