Another Kissgate? - Man City legend Aguero splits from model girlfriend

The Manchester City legend who retired in 2021 has been in a relationship with a popular model Sofia Calzetti for four years.

The break-up happened after a video showed Sofia kissing another man in a nightclub surfaced.

The incident led to the break up between both couples which was confirmed by the Argentine international.

Aguero, a 35-year-old Manchester City legend, announced the breakup on his Twitch account as reported by the Sun.

Sofia has since reaffirmed that they are no longer together but says that she still "very much" loves him.

She said to Argentinian journalist Angel de Brito as reported by the Sun, "Many things are said that are not true.

"Everything is fine, we have good dialogue, but a lot of nonsense is said. I am not in a relationship.

“He [Aguero] is a person whom I love very much and I have a lot of respect for him. The causes of the separation are between us, relationship problems."

The footage that claimed to reveal the alleged kiss was also addressed by Argentine Sofia who said, "I saw something, I went out with friends to dance, we were having fun. Nothing more."

Sofia continued by announcing it clearly to everyone and saying categorically, "There is no kiss."

Aguero previously wed Giannina Maradona, Diego Maradona's daughter, for four years but the couple separated in 2012, however, they share one kid, Benjamin, now 14 years old.
