City travel to Spurs as they search for three points to keep their arms wrapped around the title. Will Spurs hand their North London rivals the trophy?

We are into the closing stages of the Premier League season, with very little to separate the two most dominant teams in the league this season, Arsenal and Man City. The biggest players in the battle for the league is a group of players who are not even in the title race, Tottenham.

All eyes will be on north London for this Tuesday night fixture, as Arsenal find themselves in a contrasting position having to support their bitter rivals as they prepare to take on the champions City.

Many would have written off spurs for their back to back losses before this weekend as they were riding an awful four-game losing streak, but they got back to winning ways with a hard-fought 2-1 win over Burnley.

This result has kept their slim Champions League hopes alive, although they will need more than this to qualify. They will have to defeat Sheffield on the final day and complete their most difficult assignment yet, defeat the might Cityzens!

The previous meeetngs between these two clubs have been close, drawing 3-3 in the reverse league fixture and a narrow 1-0 win to City when Ake scored an 88th minute winner in the FA cup.

Spurs have injury woes as they will continue to play without stars like Timo Werner, Ben Davies, Ryan Sessegnon and young player of the month nominee Udogie. The Spurs boss mentioned that this will be a test for the Spurs players.

‘’There’s a big game for us on Tuesday night against city and it will be a great test for us, and the Sheffield one too. I think we have what it takes to make a winning game of it and play our football and see where it takes us’’

City on the other hand are high flying, with minimal injury complaints. Guardiola will be ready with his gunmen for this fixture. Foden, Haaland, Silva, De Bryune and the recent goal banging defender Gvardiol are all expected to be available for this match.
