The Ghanaian, who joined Gor in the summer of 2024, has a year remaining on his two-year deal.

The former Asante Kotoko player has addressed rumors linking him with a move away to Tanzania.

"I have a couple of messages from my agents, but me as a player, I've not come in contact with any big clubs from Tanzania. But I've heard a lot, like you said, rumors," said the midfielder via Focus Sports.

The midfielder has been central to coach Sinisa Mihic's plans but mysteriously missed Saturday's draw against Sofapaka as the team surrendered a second-half lead to draw 1-1 in stoppage time.

"When you are not in the squad, you just have to accept in faith and just come back stronger," he noted on the back of the Sofapaka stalemate.

However, the Gor Mahia midfielder is currently focused on K'Ogalo's quest for a record-extending 22nd title.

"So, but for now, my focus is to make sure that we go win this league. We have a cup match, and we have this league too. So we are fighting for the two. After that, then we see anything that will come," said Morrison.

His commitment comes at a time when Gor Mahia are embroiled in a thrilling three-way title race.

The defending champions trail leaders Tusker and Kenya Police.

Morrison and Co. have an opportunity to close the gap at the summit when they take on Talanta on Thursday.
