The Selecao bettered their 6-0 first-leg win over their opponents on the night, dominating the team they are 80 places above at the Estadio Algarve in Faro, Portugal.

How it happened 

With Ronaldo unavailable after receiving a yellow card for clattering Slovakia's Martin Dubravka, PSG striker Goncalo Ramos came into the starting line-up and grabbed a first-half brace sandwiched between two Goncalo Ignacio goals assisted by Bruno Fernandes.

The second half was even worse for the visitors, as they shipped in five goals. Diogo Jota made it 5-0, with Bruno grabbing a hat-trick of assists. 

Jota turned provider in the 67th minute, setting up Ricardo Horta, who made it six. The Liverpool man scored again 10 minutes later, with the scoreline becoming even more embarrassing for the Red Lions.

Manchester United's captain, Bruno, finally reaped rewards for his brilliant performance and got his name on the scoresheet in the 83rd minute, assisted by Horta.

Barcelona's new signing Joao Felix rounded up the scoring of the night, getting on the end of a delivery by Al-Hilal midfielder Ruben Neves.
