Real Madrid stars attend Basketball El Clasico ahead of clash against Barcelona

The Los Blanco were coming from the back of a win in the UEFA Champions League against Braga on Tuesday.

They face Barcelona on Saturday but the players decided to show up for a Basketball Clasico game.

They will undoubtedly be aiming for the same thing on Saturday when Los Blancos and Barcelona square off in a highly anticipated La Liga affair.

Star players from Real Madrid, such as Jude Bellingham and Vinicius Junior, attended the El Clasico basketball game on Thursday night. 

Their teammates Rodrygo and Aurelien Tchouameni also joined their teammates in attending the game.

According to reports from Daily Mail, the Real Madrid players witnessed their side's basketball team narrowly defeat Barcelona 65–64 on the night.

Barcelona is currently the reigning Spanish basketball champions despite their loss last night, as Madrid won the title the year prior.

Meanwhile, Madrid who currently sit first in the league will face Barcelona in an El Clasico clash on Saturday.

Barcelona is currently in third place, one point behind Real Madrid and Girona, but a victory in the El Clasico will allow them to top the LaLiga table.
