The legendary stadium's renovation took six years, with one hurdle being the suspension of concerts in 2024 following noise complaints from neighbours.

"Final stadium adjustments will be implemented in the 2025/2026 season, including noise reduction measures for concerts," the club stated, via Sportal.

Real Madrid expects further revenue growth from various VIP services, RM Experience events, and marketing activities, including a planned overseas NFL game.

The club released its financial results for the 2024/2025 season on Thursday, reporting record revenue of €1.185 billion, a 10% increase over the previous year.

Net profit after tax reached €24.3 million, and cash reserves rose to €166 million. The total cost of the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium redevelopment reached €1.347 billion as of June 30, 2025, with the remaining balance on loans to finance the project at €1.132 billion.
