"His support is very important to me because he has an eye for detail. Ever since I joined Tottenham, there has been constant speculation that I would be leaving and returning to Brazil.

"But I have always been focused solely on Tottenham and have never spoken about leaving. I'm enjoying the moment," said the former Watford and Everton forward, as reported by Sportal.

"I hope to continue working hard and get more chances to show the best of what I'm capable of. Since the start of the season, I've been playing with a rhythm I haven't had in a long time, and that's down to the work we did over the summer," added Richarlison, as quoted by BTA.

He also revealed the changes the new manager has introduced: "We have a lot of meetings, but I like that we talk every day. There's an improvement in the tactical aspect, and I'm trying to improve my defensive performance.

"Our second goal against Manchester City came after we managed to win the ball back. If we keep working this way, the results will undoubtedly come."
