Napoli make contact with Chelsea over Lukaku to replace Osimhen
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, they've maintained regular contact since then, with recent convos centered around a potential reunion in Naples.
With Napoli expecting to sell Victor Osimhen this summer, the team would need a new striker to fill the void, and who better than Belgium's record goal scorer and former Serie A MVP?
It will not be an easy deal to do though, as Chelsea reportedly want €43m for their 31-year-old striker, a figure that has proved too high for Napoli.
There is still a belief that a compromise can be reached in the coming weeks to allow the former Manchester United man make the move to Naples.
