Liverpool makes another profitable sale

Ben Doak has officially joined Bournemouth for £25 million from Liverpool.

The winger signed a five-year contract with his new club. The deal includes a buy-back clause, allowing the Merseyside club to repurchase him for a specific fee.

Doak had also attracted interest from other Premier League clubs, as well as Portuguese giants Porto.

He arrived at Anfield from Celtic in 2022 and featured in 10 matches for Liverpool. The Scottish international had an excellent loan spell at Middlesbrough last season.

Doak is the eighth player Liverpool has sold this summer. The Reds have received over £200 million for these transfers.
