Mayara Zamboni is enjoying the off-season with her beau and Super Eagles defender Leon Balogun.

Super Eagles of Nigeria defender Leon Balogun has endured a mixed season with Queens Park Rangers following his move from Rangers last summer.

The 34-year-old centre-back has seen his return to England plagued with injuries, having enjoyed a fine run of 15 starts from 16 games for Queens Park Rangers prior to his injury.

The experienced Nigerian defender also missed Nigeria’s double-header against Guinea -Bissau in the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON).

Leon Balogun's contract with Queens Park Rangers expires this summer

Balogun has since returned back to training and is still in recovery as the 2022-23 season of the Championship is over with QPR avoiding relegation to League 1.

Balogun will also see his contract with the English outfit run out next month, although, it remains to be seen if the former Brighton defender will renew with the Rs or seek a move elsewhere.
