The Reds lost 2-1 to Tottenham last weekend after some controversial decisions were made between the VAR and the referee.
Klopp’s team had a goal scored by Luiz Diaz and was wrongly disallowed for offside by the on-field referee.
The controversial incident has led to Klopp calling for a rematch of the clash between Tottenham and Liverpool.
Klopp wants a replay
Jurgen Klopp was recently interviewed ahead of their Champions League clash tonight and was asked about the incident at the weekend.
The recent miscommunication between the referee and the VAR has led to PGMOL releasing a statement apologising for the human error made during the game.
However, Liverpool were not satisfied with the apology and have asked for an audio conversation between the referee and the VAR which has been released.
Despite the audio being released, Jurgen Klopp has come out to say the best way to make things right is for both teams to have a rematch.
According to Romano Fabrizio on X, Klopp said, “I think the only outcome for the Tottenham-Liverpool game should be a replay.
“It probably won't happen. I think it is so unprecedented that it didn't happen before”.

Although Klopp has said that he is not sure if a rematch will happen, he has advised that a replay would solve the issue.
