Osaze made a name for himself in Nigeria having played for the Super Eagles Super Eagles, scoring 11 goals in 62 appearances.
The forward retired from football in 2019 and was looking to return to school to get a degree and coaching badges.
However, he made a U-turn and decided on a change of career, opting for a career in golf rather than becoming a coach.
Osaze graduates as a golfer
Osaze has graduated from the Professional Golfers Association school after taking a big step into a new path.
A video which was shared on X by 𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗷𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗯𝗼𝘆 saw the ex-Super Eagles player being given his certificate.
He spoke in the video, expressing his joy at completing the program and achieving the sport he has always loved.
Osaze said, “It’s motivating itself to be around people who have the drive to get the GPA badge on their chest.
“It’s on its own motivating because they will learn so many life skills that at my age would still be beneficial.”

After graduating, Osaze may pursue a career in golf instruction or pursue a career as a professional player.
