The Czech Republic legend joined the Belfast Giants on loan from the London Lions earlier in November and has not taken long to make his debut for his team in his new sport.

Cech was introduced by Belfast Giants coach Adam Keefe with 4:43 to go on the clock when the team was already 5-1 up and the game was already put to bed.

The 6000-capacity crowd started chanting 'We Want Cech' encouraging the coach to bring on the Champions League winner and he did not disappoint.
