Dele Alli: Girlfriend, Kimberly expresses her support for her man after learning of his childhood sexual abuse

Dele Alli spoke candidly in an interview about his upsetting early life circumstances at a very young age.

The England international revealed how he was sexually abused at a very young age which almost affected him.

Once the midfielder revealed the shocking information, Cindy Kimberly, who has been dating the star since last summer, expressed her admiration for him.

Immediately after the release of the interview, Kimberly, who is dating Dele Alli, turned to social media to express her support for him.

She wrote on her social media page as reported by the Sun, "Proud of you."

Dele Alli’s recent interview with Gary Neville on The Overlap has made many realise what he faced when growing up.

Many of his fans including his girlfriend Kimberly have called to express their support for him as he opens up about his childhood.

The Everton player broke down during the interview and was seen fighting back tears as he talked about his experience.

He said as reported by the Sun, “When I was six I was molested by mum’s friend... because my mum was an alcoholic. That happened at six.”

“And then I was sent to Africa to learn discipline and then I was sent back. At seven I started smoking and then at eight, I started selling drugs. 

“An older person told me they wouldn’t stop a kid on a bike so I'd ride around with my football and underneath I'd have drugs.

“At 11 I was hung off a bridge… by a guy from the next estate. A man. By 12 I was adopted but from then it was like I was adopted by an amazing family."
