Crystal Palace fans protest UEFA decision at Community Shield final

Crystal Palace fans voiced their displeasure with UEFA shortly before the Community Shield final against Liverpool at Wembley on Sunday, as reported by Sportal.

They displayed banners and lit flares, condemning UEFA's decision to "relegate" them from the Europa League to the Conference League.

UEFA made this decision due to a breach of multi-club ownership regulations. Crystal Palace had qualified for the Europa League by winning the FA Cup.

The club has appealed to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), seeking to overturn the decision and be reinstated to the Europa League.
