Arsenal winger offered third contract after two declined offers

The talented winger has been at Arsenal for his whole career, only departing on loans to Hoffenheim and Feyenoord due to limited playing time.

The English international has been instrumental for the Gunners in some crucial games this season, scoring a last-minute goal against Bournemouth to secure a vital three points for his side.

The youngster has since rejected two contract offers from the Gunners having not met his demands and has been offered a new improved offer.

The 23-year-old rejected an improved contract extension offered to him twice by the club earlier a few months ago.

While the English winger has not started a game for the Gunners since 2019, he has, however, appeared in each of their previous six Premier League contests and has performed excellently.

Arsenal are obviously attempting to persuade the winger to sign a long-term contract with the club with his contract set to expire in the summer.

However, the Gunner's previous move to tie down the winger has been faced with rejection but they have offered a new improved offer and hoped he would sign before the end of the season.

Nelson is being watched closely by several teams with the winger yet to commit his future to the Gunners. 

The report claims Nelson's situation has alerted several clubs, with West Ham, Brighton, Atalanta, Roma, and several Bundesliga clubs keeping tabs on him.

Nelson would be able to sign with whatever team he wanted if an agreement couldn't be reached before the summer transfer window.

The winger has three Premier League goals and two assists so far this season. Most notably, he scored a thrilling late winner against Bournemouth.
