Barcelona's injury problems continue to worsen with star ful-back Alejandro Balde, the latest to be ruled out of action.

Balde was taken off at Halftime while in action for Spain during their Euro 2024 qualifying game against Scotland and was later confirmed to have picked up an adductor injury.

Balde has been one of Barcelona's standout players this season and his absence will be a huge blow for manager Xavi in the games ahead.

The 19-year-old's recovery time isn't yet known, but he is expected to miss the league game against Athletic Bilbao and the UEFA Champions League game against Shakhtar Donetsk.
